From Dec 6th through Dec 10th, 2006Art + Gallery is presenting the premier of its latest event “THE +”, showcasing prominent works by masters and contemporary artists at few of the fines waterfront properties that are listed with Sotheby’s selection of the best of Art and LifeStyle. From Wednesday December 6th through December 10th, visitors will enjoy works by Nam June Paik, Picasso and Basquiat together with works by young emerging artists invited to the event, after a rigorous selection process involving many art patrons and personalities such as Laurent Lebon, Curator Centre Georges Pompidou, Sondra Gilman from the Whitney Museum and Bill Fine, President of Artnet.com. The event will hosts paintings, sculptures, and new media works, as well as an outdoor exhibition of large sculptures by artist Anna Chromy. Also on view, will be a powerful new series of photographs by New York artist Laurent E. Badessi titled “American Dream”.
