Pianists – Defining Chopin is the 90-minute documentary that follows the four winners of the 2005 American competition during the 30 nerve-breaking days as they represent the U.S. at the 2005 International Chopin Piano Competition in Warsaw. Director of the film, Tomasz Magierski, comments “The audience makes the journey with them and experiences the individual highs and lows and the enormous psychological and physical toll they are required to endure.
