COMMUNITY ORGANIZATIONS: Provides grants in two divisions to non-profit organizations producing major annual community (primarily outdoor) festivals and special events. CULTURAL ORGANIZATIONS: Provides grants in two divisions to non-profit organizations producing major annual cultural (primarily indoor) festivals and special events. In each of the two categories, Division A addresses organizations with cash budgets in excess of $500,000, and Division B addresses organizations with cash budgets between $150,000 and $500,000.
