These programs are designed to explore the history of Vizcaya, its founder James Deering, and Miami, as well as our connections to other areas and cultures of the world.
Vizcaya is a Miami-Dade County-owned estate that belongs to everyone in the community, which welcomes all visitors, especially those who may not have previously visited this National Historic Landmark. Free Sundays at Vizcaya include tours of the main house and gardens, art activities for children and families, and orchid-potting demonstrations in the David A. Klein Orchidarium.
