XXII International Hispanic Theatre Festival From Jul 21st through Jul 22nd, 2007From Florianópolis, Brazil comes the troupe Pe de Vento Teatro to offer audiences in Miami two special performances as part of the International Hispanic Theatre Festival. The play that they will be presenting is titled Con las Maletas Hechas (Bags al Packed), written and directed by Pepe Núñez. Con las Maletas Hechas is a silent comedy that tells the story of two women forced to share the same bench at an airport waiting lounge. Sharing is not easy, however, and conflict follows upon conflict at dizzying speed, until the two reach a point of no return with only one possible outcome…War. This event will take place at the Carnival Center for the Performing Arts’ Studio Theater located at 1300 Biscayne Boulevard in Miami, FL. For more information, please call: 305. 445.8877
