Coral Gables Congregational Church Summer Concerts July 19th, 2007. 8:00 p.m.The Summer Concert Series at Coral Gables Congregational Church continues providing audiences with the opportunity to enjoy live music every Sunday. This time the band featured will be The Freddy Cole Quartet. Like his brother, Nat “King” Cole, Freddy Cole plays piano, sings, and performs live with guitar and upright bass. His voice is smoky and jazzy and his phrasing is closer to that of Frank Sinatra or Billie Holiday. Join this memorable evening and tribute to the songbooks of Jerome Kern, Cole Porter, Gladys Shelly and, of course, the immortal Nat “King” Cole. For more information, please call: 305.448.7421
